Structural Steel
Precast NC Panel Connector

BarGrip Structural Connector
The BarGrip Structural Connector is a cold-swaged steel coupler designed for high-strength applications including structural steel, liner plates, and headed anchorages. It meets ASME Section III, Division 2 standards and exceeds 125% x fy even when swaged directly onto coated bars—no removal or shielding required. Its weldable low-carbon steel body includes a full-penetration bevel, minimizes weld stress, and can be installed in-shop or on-site using BPI equipment. Available for bars #3–#18.
BarSplicer Structural Connector
The BarSplicer Structural Connector uses standard UNC threads and is compatible with Grades 60, 75, and 80 rebar, including epoxy-coated bars. Engineered for welding to plates or steel shapes, it delivers 80,000 psi minimum joint strength and is fabricated from certified low-carbon steel. A full-penetration bevel comes standard, while the large weld area reduces stress versus direct butt welds.
TTGT Structural Connector
The TTGT Structural Connector features cold-swaged taper threads for strong, self-aligning joints between reinforcement bars and structural steel elements. It meets ASME Section III, Division 2 nuclear strength requirements, includes a full-penetration welding bevel, and is made from certified low-carbon steel. Designed for both shop and field welds, TTGT is compatible with coated and uncoated bars from #3–#20.
Zap Structural Connector
The Zap Structural Connector is a shear screw and wedge system designed for welding rebar to structural steel in retrofit, anchorage, or closure pour conditions. It installs without specialized tools, exceeds 125% x fy for Grade 60 bars, and is made from certified low-carbon steel. With factory bevels for full-penetration welds and easy field use, it’s a flexible, inspection-friendly solution for DOT and nuclear applications.
